Army of Peng forces under the command of a "Goanna" unjustly shelled the Darwinites provoking a bitter assault. |

Here Goanna's troops dressed in the fine German fashions of the day observe a universal carrier of some sort approaching their positions.
Note thier casual as if unconcerned stance. |

Perhaps now they are considering the
posibility of having made a mistake.

They could also be thinking about all the open ground between them and real safety. |
|
Observe the forces moving up in overwatch
laying down supressive fire allowing the "wasp" to do it's work.

Here Goanna's men seem somewhat uncomfortable
as they are repeatedly targetted with bursts of liquid flame.

Moving up for the kill I am dreading
the close range firepower of the late war german Gebirgsjagers hoping
to take them down now while they are stressed out
|

Packing 2 lmg's, 3 mp44's, 3 mp40's
and 2 rifles these guys are brutal fighters.

|
Ambush!!! The forward squad comes to back to life to fight close quarters as I spy a hidden shreck.

Fire flamethrower!

Bring the main gun to bear!

Fire cannon!

Schiess!

|
I take a hit but unleash a fury upon
the defenders.

Unable to withstand the assault the
Gerries fall back.
|
 |
Shocked crewmembers dazedly watch their
prey escape.
|
|
Trying not to think about those whose
lives are allowing his escape he puts the trees and smoke between him
and his assailants.
